Items for return or exchange must be returned to Christmas-Train in salable, condition. Returned items which Christmas-Train deems, at its sole discretion, as damaged to due wear, misuse or negligent handling are not eligible for refund or exchange. Christmas-Train is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during return transit, and we recommend that you return items using and insured carrier. Return shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
