Changing or Canceling an Order
You may cancel or change any non-special order item from your order, provided that it has not yet shipped. Simply e-mail or call a Customer Care Associate at (403) 452-5253 for assistance.

Sales Tax & Duties
There are no sales taxes charged for orders to North America.
